That's disappointing. It sounds like they're completely oblivious to the problems with the game other than the usual complaining about babies, skin tones and cars. Are they not aware of how limiting their outdated engine is? How completely and utterly lacking their packs are?
The fact that they genuinely labelled Snowy Escape as "in depth, large, expansive and game-changing" just shows how completely and utterly clueless they are. They genuinely think their packs are good enough. Snowy Escape is none of those things and to call it that is a joke, gameplay is incredibly shallow and it certainly isn't expansive or game changing in any way shape or form.
I've always blamed EA for how lacking the gameplay is but it's clear that the developers are just as much to blame. They seem to be completely clueless on the gaming industry and what 40 dollars of content looks like because what they're putting in sure as heck is not 40 dollars worth.
