The Sims 4 Business and Hobbies Apartments on top of Shops

On a 2nd thought... While I doubt we can create business/private units combined with for Rent residential rental units, maybe we can use the ticket machine in the common area of a rental units lot? It might open for a few business ideas, even though it might be a bit tricky to who will make those earnings. Perhaps it's as simple as the active household gets the earnings, which would be fine.

The ticket station ought to work outside the "small business venue" lot caegory, because I will want it on regular community lots. Hopefully it's not limited to any lot category.
