The couple are adult and elder, dad just aged up. I play on normal aging. They have 4 teens and 2 toddlers (8 children in total, 2 moved out and got married). They dedicated their time to running the center, so he quit his job a while ago. They live upstairs in a large apartment and they have the basement. The bills are about $7,500-$8,200 each time.
The room on the right, in the basement, is part of the community center.
The family’s apartment is lovely! 🙂Very nice design and layout. The furnishing is lovely. The bedrooms are great and the nursery is sweet. Very nice windows dining area for the family to enjoy eating their meals with sunshine coming in through the windows. The basement gym,music and games area is great.
