"The sims 4 can't have cars. Cars are useless without the open world"

Sims 2 had a road system - that Sims 4 does not - so without a road system even modders cannot make the cars they made 3 years ago usable in any form other than to give your sim a moodlet. Heck my sim can get a moodlet just looking at a poster - I don't need a rather large statue shaped like a car to do that. Sims 1-2, and 3 had road systems - we don't period and that is the problem. Ask modders who have tried....
