I've played for about five hours total and here are my initial thoughts:
1. What I like:
-CAS is great, my only complaints are that the white clothing option looks incredibly grey. I may be blind, but are there watches for women? I could only find bracelets
-Multitasking is such a neat feature!
-The social interactions are engaging and make sims much more "alive"
-New build mode tools are fun to use; I love the rooms you can buy!
2. What I don't like:
-The camera is incredibly finicky; I enabled edge-scrolling, but it can be quite unresponsive and hard to maneuver. I still have not figured out how to edge-scroll down while in build mode, and it is incredibly frustrating
-Taking a shower takes a long time...an hour at times
-My curtains disappeared in one of my rooms and I don't know why...
-My largest complaint: complete lack of story progression. I made two different households and made everyone get a job (funds were only about $400 in one house). I went to my first household for a few days and then came back to my second house, expecting more money to have been made, skills to have been worked on, etc, but NOTHING had changed. We still had about $400 and that was it. The lack of any kind of story progression is crippling and makes it much more difficult to balance households
-Need more residential lots
3. Suggestions:
-Please, enable some kind of story progression! It doesn't have to be some big aspect like in TS3, but something!
-Enable the ability to turn off the noises when emotions change
4. Overall thoughts:
-This game is fun to play and very engaging, but some aspects need improvement
-Thank you for your hard work, but please take into consideration what others and I have said about making it even better!
