This is how I really feel.
I have never been happier with the amount of stuff in a base game. I've never seen so much before.
I am so happy you added more colors for us to work with. I must admit I still want more colors to choose from when I am trying to match things.
I love how easy it is to build houses now even though I wish we could have a house with foundation and other building on the same lot without foundations. I want to build a garage even though there are no usable cars. I can pretend. Right now I will just have to have a carport.
I could spend...forever... in CAS. I love how we can mold the Sims. It really is like working with clay.
Cabinets are awesome. I admit I was very frustrated because I thought I didn't have all those awesome cabinets that I saw in videos and pictures. I finally realized, DUH!, it is all there. I just needed to turn off automatic cabinets and look to the left of the color choices.
Even roofs are simple now. It's great being able to change the colors of the roofs and chimneys.
The flowers are beautiful. Changing their color is wonderful. I always hated being stuck with one color.
I noticed I can put doors so close together now at corners.
Male Sims have nipples. I noticed that right away.
The Sim's facial expressions are hilarious. The humor is back!!! I was even laughing watching my Sim chewing her food. She looked like a little Chipmunk!
I don't like how teens look so much like adults. I had my Sim getting all friendly with another Sim and didn't know it was a teen until I wasted a lot of time getting friendly before trying to flirt.
I don't love the loading screens but as long as they stay as short as they are now I can live with it. I realize the time it takes them to get to town is about the same with a loading screen as it was in Sims 3 without one but wish we didn't need to load to go next door.
I wish all furniture could be matched up colorwise.
I am so happy the Sims don't take forever getting into position to talk to another Sim that I can pretty much ignore when they sort of walk through each other.
I love the mistakes they make. My Sim dropped the salt shaker in the food she was making. She splattered eggs everywhere trying to make scrambled eggs. They stuck to the pan.
I love being able to place wall décor where I want to. I love being able to place the windows high or low. I love the foundation options.
I know I have only seen a small portion of what is in the game. I do miss some things. I do love other things.
To all the people who worked on this game: A virtual hug, a big thumbs up and a very big thank you.
Please overlook any errors I made in this very long post. I am not going to read back over it.
Have a great day,
Dee
