What you liked:
The way you create/shape your sims is awesome. they way the act and all... they really come to life.
The buildmode is also a worthy follow-up of the sims 3. the smart interface is really a big enhancement.
What you didn't like:
There it comes...
One main thing that really bothers me is that there is no toddler fase anymore(!)... I play the game for 10 years now (with CC & Mods) and loved to see my sims grow up from babies to adults in the sims 2,3. No pools, cars, bikes? And what about cityhall? Familytrees? less and smaller lots, 4 community lots?
Suggestions?
I know that this concept of the sims will be better in time then the sims 3 on overall PC performance-issue's,etc. However it is a step back if you look at the sims 3 and all the possibilities it has, for example the open world. It's one of the biggest disappointment still... the possibilities it creates are endless, if you see them. It's something people can accept when you meet their expectations on other levels.
Overall thoughts?
It definitely has potential.
But to say that this is worth the 80 euro's... not so much. The concept is great but there is allot of work that has yet to be done!
they simply took out too much of the sims 3 concept. No pools, no cars, people who vanish to work/school, no cityhall.
I really hope that the 'main' issues (see "didn't like" sections) of people will get taken care of because now it looks like there was no time to finish it properly, therefore they took a huge chunk out of the original concept of the sims so it could be ready this year.
