It's a sculpture by the creator rjayden with the filename "Tera_Tiger_by_RJ.package". I downloaded it in 2015 for storytelling. When I now try to find a download source with Google, the few links showing up aren't working anymore. Maybe you have more luck if you're interested in using it.
