I am happy about the latest patches & Newcrest. It's so nice to have more room for my sims to spread out, plus I just love the New Orleans theme of Willow Creek, Magnolia Promenade & Newcrest. They're all so beautiful. I'm so glad that they patched it so my inactive sims will no longer be assigned jobs.
I just wish I had time to play. We've been spending the summer tearing out our 1970's kitchen. We've ripped out the old cabinets & flooring, now we're just finishing with the concrete backer board to prepare for the tile floor. Then we can start putting in the new cabinets! I wish it was as easy as it is for sims. :D We had this brick facing stuff that the previous owners put in as a backsplash, but we can't put in the cabinets around it (they put it in wrong). I have to gently pry off each piece of brick facing with a flat blade scraper & a hammer. Shift/click would be so nice!
As soon as it's all done, I'm treating myself to Perfect Patio Stuff. I miss my sims!
