If you have mods and CC - are they updated to the newest patch and to JA pack? SimsVIP has a list of mods and CC that needs updating.
If you don't have either - then can't say what it is - but generally bed and sleeping issues is created by broken mods or CC. Most mods are patch level mods so when ever the patch updated - many need to be updated.
