With The Sims 4 My First Pet Stuff, you can add small pets to households, like a hamster, rat, pygmy hedgehog, or miniature bubalus.
AKA just a different skin for the same pet.
Idek what a miniature bubalus even is, even when searching on the web. It keeps giving me a big horned animal.
If you watch the trailer, you can see the Pets changing in the cage while running in the wheel. That's what they mean by ''different'' pets. They are just same model with different skin on it.
