No, only the clothing made for the dogs and cats require the expansion I think.
The pet objects for cats and dogs also require the expansion to function.
I wonder if this is the new direction they are planning to take for other things.
I hope not. I really love this pack but I'd rather they do stuffpacks not based off expansions like for instance we need more stuff for swimming pools. A lot is still missing and weddings need a lot more content.
Casino stuff would be nice as well since they is absent from TS4.
