Those are all wonderful, thoughtful ideas but you must remember what game you're dealing with. For me, I always keep my expectations low so that I can be surprised when the devs do the bare minimum. :D
I am sure we will get seasons and possibly dynamic weather (though I don't know how the game will handle this) but I am sure there will be some kind of catch. In every single pack they've put out, we've had to settle for less than we've gotten in other iterations.
