The Sims 4's anniversary is coming up next month. For special dates, we used to get meaty new updates. This definitely petered out over the last few years, but you never know. The 10th anniversary is a big milestone, so maybe we might get a nice update?
What do you think will be added into the game? And for the love of Torch, don't let the celebration include a login event scheme.
a native PS5 version of the game would be great for console users
Maybe a free expansion pack, game and stuff packs as a bundle including a free kit to help celebrate 10th Anniversary. I thought Sims was older than 10 years starting with the original The Sims games.

Also I saw a toddlers with pacifiers and the wabbit tablet in a new color I've never seen before. Hopefully Strollers will come as well.

Once again, the Sims went quiet. This time they aren't even bothering retweeting celebration posts, or posting things on Instagram. Happy anniversary. EDIT: Probably because it's Labor Day, so they actually can't oops. It's still very likely that we'll have another dead year, but I'll at least reserve judgment until the 4th or something.
It appears today it's a holiday in the US, they celebrate Labour Day. Maybe they'll celebrate sims tomorrow.

There's a chance we might get something later on. I'm sure we'll get something, like a collab with an inclusion-minded brand for some new CASsets, or a recolored backpack that can be used as storage. But like, they can't even say anything now? They either have nothing planned, or they do have something planned, and they're just leaving us hanging for no reason.
Between nearly every recent EP making the game unplayably broken; a game that's unplayably broken without packs half the time; ads getting more intrusive and seeping into the actual game; standalone additions to the basegame being all but extinct, and a lot of issues I won't even mention, this hasn't been a great year for The Sims. I'm not trying to flame or anything. But like, this doesn't inspire a lot of confidence in the game.
They really should have at least had a social media post about it.
Honestly it's dissapointing.They could have made a post and a small update.With maybe a special cake that feels the sims needs and new shirts.
