I hope so!
TS4 was a mess from start to...where it is right now. Hopefully if it's TS5, it's made with detail and love and just overall a true The Sims game and hopefully EA won't flood it with politics like they have been doing with their recent games. They need only to worry about making a goood game.

Here's to hoping they start The Sims 5 by planning it the way The Sims 4 should have been planned before development began: as an offline, single player, open-ended life simulator, carrying from where both The Sims 2 and 3 left off.
