The Vampires in the Trailers?
From the live stream we learned that only Vlad, cool girl vampire, and awesome hair vamp guy live in Forgotten Hollow. There were so many other awesome vamps in the trailer that I hope to see somewher...

Not me, although I see the appeal in some of the Maxis Sims, because they ususally don't look like the other 90% that get uploaded to the gallery.

Are you trying to say that all the Sims on the gallery look that way? Lol I personally really like that blonde sim with the red lipstick :blush:
Well, whenever I open up the gallery it's the first row. When I look at "popular now" it's the second row.
The first one bothers me because it's just really uncreative as so many people use that face as an unaltered base for their female Sims. They don't tweak anything face-wise and just change hair, skin color and clothes. The whole CAS mechanics are awesome and I'm sad people aren't even using them.
The second row is better, because these people at least modify their Sims, but then all I'm seeing from them is cat eyes, tiny and thin nose and a downward triangle face ( which is the key to cuteness and attractiveness btw so kudos to these people for using psychology ).
They rarely vary from this scheme and seem to prefer tanned blonde girls. Aside from the missing variety, by using only this pattern, Sims of "other ethnicities" rarely look like it ( I've yet to see one of these with a wide nose, just sayin' ) And well, most of the time they don't have character or look like real people, at least to me.
It's perfectly fine to like these Sims, just, it gets boring for me to see them over and over again with no creativity put in whatsoever.
