I'm so glad people agree with me! Haha, and yeah, it could be because they're from California. It seriously irks me, like, it's such a small part of the game but I want my sims to have warm hats for winter but they are useless :s and they look ridiculous. If a miracle strikes and some Dev sees this or something, I'd be super happy to get a winter hat overhaul or at least new hats that make sense.
