Maybe Day Centres for a way to make new friends and find new hobbies, or a proper Retirement Village for those elders that have passed the house onto the kids but are still active enough to enjoy a busy life.
Maybe some kind of mentoring/befriending scheme which teen and elder sims can sign up to, like Adopt-a-Grandparent - Choose a mentor/mentee with similar traits for life advice, or one who was in a career you want to follow etc.
I like that idea I hope they do that @EmmaVane
