There will be NO Quarterly Teaser next quarter...why?

According to this lovely post by EA_Mage, there will be no quarterly teaser for this upcoming quarter, but yet new content is coming. The only question really here is why we are not having a quarterly...

I don’t think so. I personally believe no paid content is being released in the first fiscal quarter, so there is nothing to tease. I think they will announce the next pack, whatever that may be (a GP or an EP), but that the pack itself will not be sold til the second quarter (July-September).
