There will be NO Quarterly Teaser next quarter...why?

According to this lovely post by EA_Mage, there will be no quarterly teaser for this upcoming quarter, but yet new content is coming. The only question really here is why we are not having a quarterly...

I am hoping that they liked My idea's for either a Monsterville Town, or a Trailer Park, or both would be nice for My game play, but whatever it is that is coming, I will just have to wait and see I guess, :)
