There will be NO Quarterly Teaser next quarter...why?

According to this lovely post by EA_Mage, there will be no quarterly teaser for this upcoming quarter, but yet new content is coming. The only question really here is why we are not having a quarterly...

If the quarterly teaser was going to look like all the previous ones then maybe it's better we're not getting it.

They barely showed us anything anyway. It wasn't even a teaser, really. How can you call seeing a sim gesticulating next to 2 new static objects a teaser for anything? They can keep them.
