There will be NO Quarterly Teaser next quarter...why?

According to this lovely post by EA_Mage, there will be no quarterly teaser for this upcoming quarter, but yet new content is coming. The only question really here is why we are not having a quarterly...

Now THAT would make me even more upset than the loss of the teasers. Livestreams are really helpful in determining the content and one's decision on a pack before making a purchase, and was a real bridge for devs and community to interact in a better format.
