Things to do on dates

I forgot to mention check out Windenburg. There's the Ruins and the Bluffs to explore.

restaurants, bars, parks, museums and lounges are my favourite places to send sims for dates

My sims mostly go to a restaurant or bar. If they stay at home i let them watch a movie and snuggle or something like this. Apart from that: bowling alleys, going to the beach (since island living), a festival in San Myshuno (romance festival, etc), discotheque in Windenburg or a café. There are lots of possibilities. I try to think about their interest and choose something that fits the time of day snd obviously the age (café in the afternoon, restaurant for lunch or dinner, GeekCon for nerdy sims, etc.)

This was just a general let's start a discussion post at first but some of these ideas are really great. Things have gotten a little stale with my main couple.

I don’t let my sims go out on dates much. I tend to hate the dating aspect in this game. Case scenario: I accept date from Sim to a restaurant. We arrive at restaurant together (if your lucky enough that your date doesn’t disappear as soon as you get there) My sim tells her date an energized story. Date gets up, changes into sports wear and goes for a jog. My sim is sitting there like an idiot by herself. I get offended and have my sim end date early. I get notified by him that I’m to never call him again because of it. I’m like... your kidding right? Also, God forbid the restaurant have a talking toilet. I just know my sim is going to have a bad date. I find other ways to get the relationship good. ?

I'm saying this humorously because this made me laugh but maybe try a date at the gym?
