I found out that sims will be either satisfied or unsatisfied after a woohoo, depending on their mood at the time.
I found out child sims with high creativity can talk to the big stuffed animals and they will show up in the relationship bar. My child sim was friends with his stuffed unicorn, called Uni.
Adult sims can have a relationship with Uni, as well. I had built a nursery in anticipation of a kid coming to the household, and the female adult sim had Uni in her relationship bar, with a bit of red already showing. Now Uni helps alleviate some of her stress (as a punching bag) as she is a hothead.
