Lucky. My sims NEVER gain weight. Not even my pregnant mommies! I'm trying to create stories here. :(
There is a site that has a list of cslories in each food. I saw it on a forum post here... I know salads and fish taco's don't have many calories, I don't have the link, but u can probably Google it or maybe search for calories in food.
