Things you didn't know!

Things I just learned recently...

Cowplants randomly dance if a radio is placed near them.
You can assign an emotion to a memory and then your sim can "Reminisce about this Memory”.
Sad sims can call the sadness hotline.

I didn't know any of the things the OP commented were in the game, that's really cool! It's these small things that get me excited :3
I found out that your Sims can coach their Children on swimming and splash them, they basically can do any interaction but with more added lol
I found out that if your Sim finished High School with the A Grade they advance to level 3 in a Career they join.
I found out that Sims can play with Children on playgrounds and pretend to be monsters on the Ship.
I found out that Grim Reaper can be your employee.
I found out that watering plants with your tears takes a while lol
I found out that there are NPCs that have special interactions such as the Gym Trainer who can train your Sim and help them build up the Fitness Skill.

!?!? Gym trainers?? What! I did not even know they were in the game. How do you know who the gym trainer is?

When you put the cursor on them you can tell whether a Sim is an NPC or not, it will have their title under their name 'Gym Trainer' etc. and they go around the place and coach people in the Gym, it's really cool lol

Nice thread. Lots of things I didn't know.

I didn't know that:

You could sit on monkey bars and on the edges of the pools.
With pools you can actually do any social interaction you could outside of pools but they add pool related interactions too, they couldn't do this in The Sims 3.
Depending on how Ghosts die they have special features on them, like Ghosts that died by electrocution are sparky and Ghosts that died by drowning leave a trail of water.

Haha! The sadness hotline is pretty funny. I also didn’t know about the double bed scooting thing. WOW! That seriously changes everything for me when designing a room.

In certain places in Oasis Springs if you look real close you can see wind blowing the sand around on the ground.

I never noticed that sometimes when Children play with toys, they accidentally hit themselves in the face.

I've noticed that emotions give you a special interaction for each Skill your Sims learn and at different levels.
I've noticed that some recipes and drinks are only unlocked from a specific career branch.

If your Sim has the Insane Trait they can talk to themselves and build up their Social Need lol
