Sul sul, everyone. I own all the expansion packs for TS4 except Get Famous and Eco Lifestyle. After playing the free trial of EL a couple weeks ago, I decided to hold off on buying it for a while....

In general this buggs me the most, npcs going wherever my sim is going. Stay in your world Tina Tinker! You don’t travel from evergreen harbor to windenburg at midnight cause my shower is broken. Just no!
@QueenSaraphine I run a mod that keeps NPCs in their home worlds almost all the time. I see them at clubs, bars, spas, and cafes, but most of the crowd is still made up of locals. Almost everyone you see at the Blue Velvet is from Willow Creek, and the Landgraabs don't leave Oasis Springs to jog past your house several times a day.
Before I installed it, the gym in Windenburg was invariably filled with Sulani residents, who would leave their island paradise to run on treadmills on rainy winter days. I'll see if the celebrities will wander, or if I'll need to find them if I want to see them. :)
