Another thing that would be cool, if you could buy up lots and/or residentals and rent them out to other sims (like the no playable sims and stuff) and collect rent from them. Kind of like an "upgraded" roomate thing. And of course you'd have to act like a normal landlord and make sure things on the property work as they should ( like repairing objects , maybe upgrade some). And of course being able to do changes on the properties (like you would on ur own home) to make the rent go higher or lower.
