Potty train all of them to level 1 then they can potty themselves.
They won't go by themselves at level 1....that's at level 2. I've run three different 7 toddler challenges and potty training is usually the initial focal point. Even though they can go themselves at level 2 in potty training, they often use the diaper instead.....at level 3 they almost always will. I just had a toddler with maxed skills wake up with the bladder need very low and she threw a tantrum in her bed and tried to get mom (who was out in the garden) to come pick her up....when mom refused, she used her diaper instead of getting out of bed and going to the potty...even with a 3 in potty training. Then a couple of days later she woke up in the middle of the night but decided to use her diaper instead of walking to the bathroom.

The different personalities I haven't found any real difficulty with them since I start skilling them up which I think helps a lot
Depends on the traits. I set up a challenge with 7 fussy toddlers. Even with fully maxed skills across the board for all of them, these fussy brats would still throw tantrums, get angry easily and yell at or hit others, cry to wake up their other siblings, wake up the parent or ask for help getting down from chairs or off the bed just to get attention. They were certainly better with maxed skills but the fussy ones still act fussy.
