This sink thing reminds me of the vampire brother of an alien vet in Andrew Arcade's Not So Berry Challenge Let's Play. His sister hired him to work at the Clinic, and he'd spend half the day staring at the sink, and of course, would have thought bubbles of it, too. It was rather hilarious, actually. It seemed to go away over time. Vincent had eaten a flower, think it was a daisy, when he was a child, and it had a bit of an effect on him. Other strange aspects of his personality were always coming up--I loved it.
