Will it be too late to add my experience here? :D With Get Together, Create a club, then buy a perk about charisma, then keep chatting with club members, then it will give your sim a huge boost of charisma skill, then it will boost also the big friendship as well. I was be able to raise from 8 point of charisma up to level 10 for a day while staying in the club.
