Regardless of what you consider, vampires knocking on doors or being given jobs or walking around is part of the game mechanic. The entire purpose of the game pack was to add the "unwanted" life state to the game. It's right there in the name. From all the comments you've made on the subject it really seems like you'd be happier uninstalling it and using CC to replace the build/buy items you like.
