There's a reason why my post in the negative thread is just "landlords." I despise them that much and the fantasy of being a "good" one is not a selling point for me. Even if it makes sense for certian Sims and I already have lots that would work as multi-family ones. I'm fine with just working around the Discover University roommate system.
As for me personally, the selling point would be world and traits and Gregarious just overlaps a bit too much with Good and the world, while nice looking and fills a cultural aspect that's nice doesn't immedately hook me in.
