I mean, I built a retirement community apartment with 3 2-bedroom apartments and a common area on each of 2 floors (so 6 apartments) on a 30x40 I could easily use a similar layout on a 20x15 and just go up/down. I'd have to loose the common space and a couple of apartments (unless I wanted to go to sub-basements), and the stairs might push it to the edge of the buildable space, but it could be done.

But I've wanted another world like Newcrest (only with a different climate) for a while, so I certainly wouldn't say no to that either.

Another Newcrest type world with a different looking theme would be a great Christmas Present for simmers.

And here am I, who has difficulties to fill 20x30 lot :D I suppose I have always used to play in small lots, before ts4 too.

Oh those lot sizes do seem a bit on the small side, however I'm not a builder so I will be looking forward to seeing what people build. Looks like a lot of empty lots too, which is unusual. Did we not have creator network built lots for this pack?

That lot next to the water is a great candidate for a large waterpark or an amusement park.

TBF, the lots could look small but actually be big. Tartosa is a great example of that. Alot of the lots are meant to be far away so they look like smaller lots but hover over and they're like 50x40 lol

If the latest leak is to be believed the largest lot size will be a 40×30(only 1) with the majority of lots being 30×20 or 20×20.

I thought part of the gameplay revolved around interacting with your neighbors. I would think having common spaces would be important for that. We do have some really great builders on the gallery, I'm sure they will come up with some creative solutions to the small lot sizes.

The 40x30 is close to water but not on the beach. I'm going to put a large waterpark there.
