A good SSD drive is amazing.
Unless someone is using some crazy slow HDD, load time in TS4 is entirely bottlenecked by the CPU. Faster SSDs don’t help at all.
And only 3-4 second loading screen is more indicative of your save file than anything else. If I start a new game yes it takes 3-4 seconds to load. Meanwhile my main save file that I’ve played for almost three years would take like 20 seconds to load.
