Too much Cursing -- Parenthood

i have the carefree trait on my teen to try to stop the cussing & she still will not stop. & i'm truly sick of it too. it's completely out of control & she does it without even being in a bad mood. this lax parenting is a pain in the ass. the father sim was able to ground her twice & after saving the game & coming back to play the next day the option was gone. parents do still discipline bratty children not everyone lets them be jerks & run the house like tyrants in real like a feak'n game should give us this option. haven't even played the pack mush due to this issue, but now i'm doing to complete all aspirations for my sim. wish i'd never bought it.
