The frustrating part for me is that they constantly talked about their "improved communication strategy" which they supposedly implemented around two (?) years ago and then they kept mentioning it last year over and over again. But nothing changed at all; sometimes I feel like it got even worse. And no, I don't consider a random pic of a white shelf on Twitter "communication", especially not if we have no idea when that will even be released or announced. It's just really frustrating to have bugs that might not even be worked on and to have so much content people want but then we end up getting packs no one ever asked for.
I also have issues with how pretty much all communication happens on Twitter. Personally I don't have the time or patience to scroll through ten different Guru accounts and hope to find some actual information between Corgi pics or Youtuber discussions. I'm grateful for the fans here who actually let the official forum know about information, but that could easily be done by some Guru and would feel like they actually try to include their own official forum.
