Lots use several different file types, blueprint files are just one of them.
I think the easiest thing to do would be to drag your current tray file somewhere else, move the old one in, place the lot you wanted somewhere (you could make a new save just for this if you needed to), then save the game and exit. Get rid of the tray folder and move the one you wanted to keep back in, then load that save and save the lot back to your library.
