Although not triplets, I've had twins in my game who I gave the same name just mirrored.
Like Aina and Ania, and Noel and Leon. If triplets I guess their names could had been Aina, Ania and Naia, and Noel, Leon and Elon.
Caroline, Coraline and Cornelia could work for triplets as well.
