Trying to fill the Elemental Display Rack is KILLING ME

Omg, so I'm playing the first generation of the Not So Berry challenge. I am almost down with the generation and I've got all the elements but ONE!! I'm missing Plumbobus, apparently. I've found both ...

I eventually put in a rock store and bought the rocks to send off instead of just buying the elements because there's still a chance I wouldn't get it.
