Trying to fill the Elemental Display Rack is KILLING ME

Omg, so I'm playing the first generation of the Not So Berry challenge. I am almost down with the generation and I've got all the elements but ONE!! I'm missing Plumbobus, apparently. I've found both ...

Every new game I play I only get up to five elements in that rack it's kind of boring even with the archaeology skill you can pull elements from the stones and that still is boring. I'm content with just sims making paintings.
