it not just about getting them to sing
singing good songs.
the full on stage gameplay, like the song sets, and animations you can do between each set of a song.
having a proper stage, with full props, lighting.
gift from fans
good and bad reactions from fans
simport
ect ect


it was such a fully fledged progression, for me the best showtime provided!
the singing skill in the sims 4 is poor, as I find city living in general.
no proper apartments building.
bad singing skill.
and a small city.
its like more time was spent on illusions and backdrops then anywhere else in the pack.
just playing for tips and in a room full of sims isn't a proper singing career,

Maybe they could patch a portable microphone object without the stand for singer sims and some stage lights. But a side from that singing in CL is already pretty good.

Just wish sims could have record label deals and sell albums.

With the new separate foundation I think it'll be easier to make a stage.

Like what? Singing in Superstar was just an activity. It was a cool minigame but I still like the skill in TS4. In TS3 you had some schedueled cheer up singagrams all over the world and that was it. Everything else was about getting a certain number of simoleons as tips from singing and then you had to be at a certain level to be able to perform on certain venues.

The only cool thing about superstar was the record studio with NPC and in TS3 the album sales.
