Why not just set your Royals into modern day? Or get a mod that prevents the usage of said phone.

Perhaps royals can learn not to use their phone so often, and when they master it they get a no-phone-scrolling-trait that will help them remember what they learned. Never heard of the Royal Phone Behavior Academy? 😁

I already know who will sit on the throne

I might literally "squee" if there are dragons.

I honestly think toggle cellphone off, will be needed for this EP to work, so if they didn't address this then, that will hurt this EP before it has a chance.

But if it is a royal legacy as in era (including medieval to modern), it could be interesting. But I am readying myself for disappointment as well.

Does not work for a game where sims take out their phone all the time. 

I'd rather see them announce a sequel to Sims Medieval. 

I am cautiously optimistic, as I am for any Sims 4 content :P
