This is a cute look. I hope the jacket/scarf top is a separate piece from the pants, because there's a ton of looks I'd love to make with this.

past history seems to be that if it goes past the hip line, it's probably a full body outfit.  There are a few exceptions, but I think they're tops designed to be bodysuits.

But hey, there's a first time for everything.  And maybe there will be some nice swatches that will work for you even if the pants are part of the mesh.
