About selling paintings. I never had a street sale of paintings, but I'm pretty sure my sim would find time to paint an extra painting instead of selling, meaning if skilled you could easily make §1000 extra if not doing the active sales stand. If you sell well on that stand, it could still be better though. Besides, it would be more fun if money is not very important.
