Has anyones Sim children ever grow up to be kinda… ugly? Do you ever fix that or just deal with it?

Hmm when the offspring looks really ugly like , nearly chin,deformed jaw, weird lips and other facial deformations then its a must to edit them.
Like also when the children completely lack features of the parents.
