Debug mode clutter. Sure, it looks fantastic, and adds realism - but the second you take the house into Live mode, the clutter turns into a glitchy, partially-disappearing mess that confuses the AI.
And if I'm allowed to list two - un-playtested builds. As I implied above, I love cluttered, busy, visually interesting homes. However, it feels like 90% of the popular homes in this style on the gallery have routing issues galore and far too many unusable objects. It's frustrating to have to test the houses myself, and remodel half of the interior just because the original creator couldn't be bothered.
