Unable to complete Painter Extraordinaire Aspiration because

The options menu has been changed and the paint an emotional painting is missing. The Sim is required to paint 3 emotional paintings as one of the requirements. There is no other painter aspiratio...

Inspired is not an emotion for painting. It has to be one of the others. Try confident or flirty.
