Maybe the horn accessory is something you need to find from the Dreadhorse Caverns rabbit hole.... it's probably one of those rabbit holes where you have to answer the questions correctly. And the final prize is the unicorn horn accessories (unlocked in CAS)? That would be my uneducated guess.
Unicorns are definitely NOT confirmed in this pack (no mention of them in the livestream) and it's looking more and more like they will just be set dressing (accessory) for regular horses.
Probably because unicorns will be coming in the upcoming fairies gamepack.... :*
