If we were going to get unicorns it would be in this pack. Unicorns (at least as we think of them today, historically they were more of a mixture) are a supernatural horse creature. Horses are in this pack and only this pack. Unicorns can not be added in another pack, because that's not how this works. If horses were base game or patched in, then yes, a unicorn could appear in any pack. But seeing as they are paid content locked to this pack, they can only come in this pack.
